It's a shame to learn from Scott that burntrap and glichtrap are an endo skeleton called a mimic that only mimics William's actions making almost 8 years of belief about William's phrase "I always come back" were true but now with this the whole story changes which on my part was very disappointing. William was my favorite character and I wish they would go deeper into the character, knowing why he is a hdp, what drove him mad, when did he start to become obsessed with immortality and what led him to do everything he did instead of just being a psychopath who kills to achieve immortality only to die in the end
Scott never said that burntrap and glitchtrap are the mimic, they have different motives too, afton wants to take control and continue what he has done and use others to do it, the mimic is a copy and paste of the past william, just disguising and luring people in to kill them. Afton changed after he escaped, he wants others to do it not him, you can also check the state he is in now, most obvious that glitchtrap is afton because you can research him saying, "I always come back." and, "Let me out." As far as I remember, Vanny is an evil clone of Vanessa in this AU (who is basically the result of that experiment on Vanessa that was mentioned in the video), so technically the original Vanessa wasn't the one who disassembled Freddy.
