I use weekly timeframe, and 20dma for weekly time frame for postional trading as well as long term investment.
Thanks for update...See, actually there might be 100 of strategies. The imp factor is what suits u best. I am getting good results with the discussed strategy in that monthly sip to be done. I tried 21 DMA also but on daily TF. I will try what you told.

weekly would be good....for long term try monthly also and backtest
to overcome this manual effort i have setup weekly SIP. I only see if market going down then pause that week investment and resume when i feel the fair price. Do you think i am doing right?

Dear Sir, Is it good to trade in ETF with MTF facilities from ICICI Direct.
Bhai....dont use any type of margins...jab tak ki bahut requirement na ho...maine pehle use kiya hai....par ab nahi karta..Don't forget that MTF is a kind of loan. Hence, you are liable to pay interest on it. An Interest rate of 0.049% per day (18% per annum) is charged on the borrowed amount.

Investing. Only charts are used to know the exact low points for investment. However you can modify it and use for trade also...that may require some more indicators.

ETF Transfer - Bilkul, ETF ko shares ki tarah ek demat account se doosre mein transfer kiya ja sakta hai. tareeka bhi same hai:
Apne current broker ko transfer request do. Iske liye Delivery Instruction Slip (DIS) chahie ho sakta hai.
Woh receiving demat account ki details do.
Transfer ya toh inter-depository (ek hi ya alag depository) ho sakta hai ya closure-cum-transfer (purana account band karke naye mein transfer).
Dhyan rahe, fees aur processing time lag sakta hai. Iske bare mein apne broker se puchhe.
