That's from an old lecture at a state college. Same as what I do in the brainstorm classes though.
Studying anime, Ive noticed the bottom of eye sockets basically line up the nose line, or just short. Very exaggerated proportions!

Can you tell me the brush settings like flow , opacity , hardness etc that u use for shading the figure. It will be a huge help
I only use the Photoshop stock round. I turn on pressure sensitivity under shape dynamics and transfer. That's it, hope this helps
