I agree, filming this has not been without risks. But I believe that Wayufilms and the actors were right to do so. I’m very sure much planning and prep has been done for this, to ensure the guys felt as comfortable as they could during this. While this may bring painful memories to the front for some, I’m sure this was not the intention off the guys nor Wayufilms. I thought this was an outstanding Educational film highlighting behaviour that is not acceptable anywhere no matter we’re it takes place. Well done guys

This episode is good and brings home a message, but unfortunately the message is very incomplete. There must be consequences for the actions. Without the consequences there is nothing to prevent it form happening again. An apology? He is getting away with murder! Yes, murder. He is murdering the child and stripping him of his self respect and dignity. By not having the consequences to the actions it is like saying what he did was okay and we will grant you a pass...just don't do it again. It does not stop! Maybe I am jumping the gun on this and the consequence are coming up but for now are we sending the right message?
The series is important and what you are doing is important. In all honesty, I have never seen such a thought provoking and meaningful series in a long time! Keep up the good work!

Not sure how I feel about this 😢 for me it’s been 40 years and I still have nightmares. An apology doesn’t cut it 🙁
No one should be abused or placed in that position and I’m very sure Wayufilms films and the guys in the video would never imply or think an apology would be enough., nor would they want to hurt or offend anyone who has been abused The film was an educational one, highlighting behaviour that is not acceptable.

The topics with which these short productions deal are more and more socially explosive and bold because they concern taboos. Here the forcely incestuous relationship of a father to his son. Apparently the son tollerated these constant gropings because he did not know anything else and had not the courage to openly rebel against his father (according to the family structure in Thailand); but thanks to Mon's intervention the son revealed both to himself and to his father. After this, the father recognized his bad behaviour... but for him and especially for the son the consequences will be more durable than an excuse on social media (strange by the way that negative comments were not reported to the kind of videos the father posted - that should have awaken his conscience at least).
Anyway: bravo to Wayufilm for having the guts to denounce a situation that may not be so rare.
