Hi I'm wondering what is the edging around the card is it the lines of paper that is used for quilling please

I used matting, so basically layer of pink cardstock that is cut a little less in size than the base. Then added the top white layer cardstock which is even more less in size than the previous pink mat.
This provides uniform neat look as opposed to using a quilling paper strip. Hope this helps.
