Strawberry Pistachio Rustic Cake Design
Using Pistachio instant pudding mix as stabilizer and flavoring frosting.
In this video I just used the left over cake that we have in the fridge, some strawberries and pistachio nuts. I also made a cup of stabilized whipped cream. For the whipped cream, I have a separate video for that, here's the link if you wanna check that out • Pistachio Whipped Crea... . It only requires few ingredients..
I didn't prepare much icing since this cake is just for us. I did the top first and used the remaining icing just to crumb coat and have a rustic cake look.
