- I show off what I've done in between videos which includes a creeper farm and another townhouse. I then work on a corner building in my downtown area that becomes an Italian restaurant with two apartments above. Feel free to leave suggestions in the comments for the restaurants name or anything else you have an idea for!

I just discovered your channel, I love your style (build and presentation).
This morning I just designed a Parisian restaurant, it was helpful to see another take on a European restaurant. I think I'll emulate the andesite and tuff "brick" border you have on the main section :)
I'm so glad you found inspiration in my stone brick border design! I think it turned out being one of the best parts of the build.
This is my favorite building yet!!!
Got reccomended this video and immediatey i LOVE your building style. Reminds me of another small mc youtube i watch, will most certainly be watching from now on
This is really cool, i just got your video in my recommended. I'm glad i did.
This looks amazing!!! Great job:) going to binge your other videos now, and probably steal some of your builds for my survival world haha
I did not know more grass makes it grow faster, that's interesting!
Really pretty build! Great use of the new blocks
I'm really glad you took my comment into consideration, I really think the park pops a bit more. Also, I like the slabs and trapdoors on the truck, and I agree with you that the window panes should stay light gray.
I gotta say, I really like the usage of stair blocks to add depth and the polished andesite + the new tuff block (is that the chiseled variant?) as quoins. Overall nice on the exterior design.
Also, a few suggestions for the new restaurant. Perhaps have the residential entrance off to the right side of the building? Could be a nice place to have a small alleyway between the restaurant and the next building so that way residents wouldn't have to walk through the restaurant, and potentially be locked inside whenever the restaurant is closed.
As for the top residential floor, perhaps consider using bamboo or birch slabs on the ceiling instead of spruce, as the lighter color will match the walls and make the room feel taller.
As for the outside, mayhaps some outdoor tables? The weather in this area would suggest it's agreeable to that, and tbh spaces meant for people to enjoy outdoors have always felt a little more alive, at least to me.
I also noticed the road and embankment corner in front of the restaurant is a solid 90 degree corner. Something to consider is to perhaps round off that corner slightly, as I feel like that would help the flow of the river, traffic, and the visual aspect, as your eyes would possibly be swept around the corner and flow naturally down the street and canal.
Sorry if this is a lot of suggestions all at once. 😅As a fellow creative, I like your approach of making something and then talking about it, in various aspects, as it helps me get ideas, and at the end of the day, thinking about all these details and pieces makes us better builders. The pace in which you build is also nice because, at least to me, it seems very reasonable for a person to do, especially if they don't have a whole lot of time on their hands, and they won't get burnt out from some overly large structure. Great video as always!
I'm so glad you've been enjoying my process and thank you for continuing to give suggestions, I love hearing from others on how I can get better!
Having a residential entrance on the side is a good idea! I had also thought that I could keep the entrance in the same place it is now, but extend it to the front of the building so they don't have to go through the restaurant.
I like the idea of a lighter colored roof on the top floor, the only problem would be that another person had suggested using trapdoors there as they wouldn't make the space that much smaller, but the only trap doors without a see through is the dark ones lol. I guess I have to decide if trap doors or a light color matter more to me.
Outdoor tables are a great idea! I'm sure I can squeeze at least some small ones in lol.
I have definitely considered rounding that corner of the embankment. I'm considering just just curving it a little bit but I guess I'll have to see how much of a curve looks best.
And again, thank you for your suggestions! It's always a pleasure to hear what you have to say!
this little town is cozy
This world cool asf, I love your building style by the way
Great episode! Really love the restaurant. Would love to see some decor in the restaurant itself, like potted plants and paintings.
True, I've still got a lot of work to do with the interior of the whole building
I was definitely wrong about the glass, the adjacent tuff wall made it practically invisible
I also thought it would look good but unfortunately it didn't work like we thought. It was still a great idea though!
I really like how the restaurant came out. I think the street that its on is really coming together. I appreciate how relaxed and genuine your videos are.
The trapdoors and slabs look great on the truck!
Your builds are so pretty!
For the truck you should change the headlights to yellow glass panes and maybe the brake lights to red glass panes.
I could try the headlights being yellow, that might end up being better than white! For the brake lights though, they are already red, but you can't really tell because it blends in with the item frame lol. Also I now have a reason to bring up my truck again in the next video lmao!
@@cooltwo lol yeah, it’s funny when you keep bringing it up. Also I love the world so far!
Amazing as always!
I am VERY late but congratulations on 500+ subscribers (I am seeing 533 at the time of this comment) and the invite to Lucid! Well deserved :)
Don't worry, you're not late lol. I was at 465ish when I posted the video but I figured I would hit 500 soon after posting. My channel has been doing really good lately and I cannot appreciate everyone enough for the support 🥰
Great video!!! Maybe you could name the restaurant Mia’s like mama Mia! The sign looks about 8 blocks tall so I think it’d fit if you do the banners the same way!
That's a really good idea! It would totally fit, I would just have to figure out the best way to do it on an angle
Very cool
You should use banners to write on the sign! If you put them on alternating sides, it'll make a cool zig-zaggy look.
The zig-zag idea is very interesting! I hadn't thought of doing it that way
Dark oak trapdoors could work as ceiling tiles for the third floor apartment without shrinking the space as much as slabs.
Using trap doors is such a good idea! I can't believe I hadn't thought of that lol
Loved this video! Just stumbled upon your channel and its such a sweet lets play series; with lots of comfort and joy.
For the diagonal sign you could use hanging signs to spell out whatever you want!
Thanks for spending your time and creating such sweet content!
I hadn't considered hanging signs being used there but it's a really good idea as they would go on an angle easy! Also I'm glad you're enjoying my style of video :)
Love from India ❤ the Indian people also love every buddy 🇮🇳🇮🇳
i love rain, dont get through fast next time let me enjoy it)
Usually I don't like to record when it rains in game because it can make the video look pretty choppy with a low bitrate, but if people like it, maybe I won't stray away from it in the future :)
i think it would look more visually pleasing if you got rid of the exclamation points and made it say "pastas" and "pizzas" or "italia" or smth.... also add red green and white wool on the sign sticking out could b cool.....
I like both of your ideas! I might change the pizza banners to italia as that was the one I didn't like that much
Love from India 🇮🇳🇮🇳❤️what's your name
it would be not bad if the author left a schematic
Randomly found this channel. You gained a new subscriber!! CZcams Algorithm can be really good sometimes.
