Wife and i love this 5th wheel wanted to trade our new forest river toy hauler in for this exact camper, but we'd take a huge financial hit , but on a side note , the 1/2 bath is great but it needs an exhaust fan.... great video....

I would like to see some kind of safety cap over the end of that stair handle. Think child face first into it or elderly. Love the drinking water feature!
I love how it works, but I said the same thing! It needs a rubber or foam cap or something. My son would be the kid to bash his head on it 3-4 times a weekend. I would put a pool noodle on it. LOL! - Jon @ Apache
Double pane? Screens?
They are single pane windows, but they do have screens. You can get dual pane windows as an option from the Jayco factory! - Jon @ Apache
Is the basement heated?
Yep! There’s a vent duct in there you can put a vent in. It’s insulated as well. - Jon @ Apache
Is it available with the gooseneck hitch

It would have been nice to show the ceiling of the half-bath. Is there a big fan in there? I hope so, because if not, the kitchen dining room is going to stink to HH. BTW, I have never seen a one and one-half bath rig come in at less than 39.9'.
Is it possible to have grab bars in the shower.For The Elderly and Handy cap.
