Our baby had his 16 week jabs this week (2nd meningitis B jab) and he was exactly the same! Constipated, crying on the bottle and generally more than normal too. 4 days on he’s much better however, it’s horrible to see them like it when they’re normally so happy!! You guys are doing a fab job!! 🙌🏼

Aww Rome is so sweet, not sure if it’s still the case as time moves on 😄 but when I had my daughter many moons ago I was always told to hold the bottle up higher so all the milk in the top bit and no space for air to get sucked in which gives bad wind, sore belly and constipation. ❤️

you guys are such amazing parents!!❤ one thing I’ll tell ya is when I switched my son from breast milk to formula I bought this machine called “baby brezza formula pro” it’s basically a baby bottle maker that warms and mixes the formula and water! it is a little bit pricy but it works really well, used for a year with my little- no issues. Now it’s in storage for the next!❤ just thought to save you time in the morning with those feeds! I know it can be tricky early in the AM

could you do an insta story / video on how you do the bottles when you’re out / how you use the nuby during the night as it needs sterilising after every bottle doesn’t it so i’d be interested to see as we have one but haven’t used it yet! ❤

Yeah my little boys legs got sore from the jabs so i was always watching his legs when i held him its awful seeing them upset my little boys got his last jabs when hes 1 your both doing amazing job💙

He is lucky to have you both as his mum and dad🫶🏻only thing I will say, i see you have a mirror to see him when he’s in the back but I did see a tiktok where the sun had reflected to through the window onto mirror and burnt there child’s car seat and they advised getting a camera as it’ll be safer. I’m not a mum or anything so it’s entirely your choice! Definitely not criticising your parenting at all (I know it can sometimes come across like that) it’s just a little thing I seen and thought I’d let you know about😊ending on a happier note, I love watching these videos of you guys and Rome🤪

Hey @Brandonio I'm a first time mum my little one is 10 months. Please look into cmpa. I can see baby Rome is having pepti 1 and suffers from reflux, constipation and bring milk up. He maybe allergic to milk or something else in the formula. You also mentioned he gets really upset straight after milk. I could be wrong but please look into this and observe his closely. You may need a milk free (amino acid formula)

Just a question- do you sterilise the nuby flask between each use? As I would love to make bottles that way in the night but the sterilising puts me off! Smashing new parent life though - congratulations 😁
Yes! However just get a sterilised water bowl near your bed, rinse it, then put it in there until next feed🙌🏻

My baby is on the same milk the milk allergy one how is he getting on with it? My little boy has been on it nearly 3 weeks but still has a bit of mucus in his poo
The first lot of jabs will make them more sad aswell because the legs are painful also don’t give him a bath till the day after his jabs because his legs will be sore
Do you think he might have a milk intolerance? The crying after and bottle and and struggle for poop is that same thing my boy had and he's got a intolerance to the formula

My Little girl weighed 6.15 when born and also she wakes up all the time when I put her down in next to me she’s now 20 weeks so I co sleep as she sleeps 3-5 hours a time like that

Ah hes so cute Rome changing every week we see him i hate them jabs my son is 26 and he weighed as much as Rome did when he was born at 38 i was in hospital from 20 weeks with pre-eclampsia my friend who was 26 died after giving who was with me died after giving birth
