- Texas state legislators voted to advance a bill that would raise the legal age to buy certain semi-automatic rifles from 18 to 21 years old on Monday, May 8.

Abbott is weak RINO scum bag that needs to get out of the way. The Texas border invasion is all on him and people need to start realizing that. He could shut down his border tomorrow if he wanted but he just keeps help bussing them in to everyone else’s states. SCREW HIM!

UVALDE, Texas - Gov. Greg Abbott said Wednesday that the Uvalde school shooter had a "mental health challenge" and the state needed to "do a better job with mental health" - yet in April he slashed $211 million from the department that oversees mental health programs.
In addition, Texas ranked last out of all 50 states and the District of Columbia for overall access to mental health care, according to the 2021 State of Mental Health in America report.
He’s a hypocrite and a do nothing kind of guy.
And Texas ranked 33 by the same report by Mental Health Association in 2022… crazy how they can jump halfway up the country ranks while cutting funding in just 1 year.
Don’t forget he added back in like 100 million later. He is real proud of that fact. Not so much the fact that he drained double the amount from it to begin with.
@@djb1634 Granted yet, around less than 20% of that went to mental health, the rest went to his law enforcement efforts to combat illegal immigration.

It also says that EVERYONE under the age of 21 is too dumb to be trusted or to be responsible.

Remember the mass shooters are not under 21 that often, this guy was 33 in Allen tx. It’s the bare minimum they are doing here because heat is on their back as far as national coverage so let’s make it look like we are doing something.

Why do we act like this is rocket science and nothing can be done when we are the only country with the highest level of gun violence. Think about that for a second the strongest nation in the world with the most gun violence and we act like nothing can be done. You want change you make things happen not sit on your a$& and throw your hands in the air. We’re not even trying to make a change because of people with your type of thinking who just sit back a prefer to watch this repeat over and over again. If you want to do nothing then voters and politicians like you need to get out the way and let people who actually give a damn do the work..
