Oh God, thank you sooo much, I had been doing these with straight back and straight arms and always struggled until I did it your way I was finally able to finish my sets without having to lower the weights! I’m honestly very happy I came across your videos, they are short, not too much time explaining details and getting things done in the correct form immediately 👍

Whenever I do that, I hear my shoulders pop when I raise them.
Make sure you rotate you shoulder in a posituon where youre thumbs will be pointing up.
