- I made my own fursuit because all the makers i want to commission are all closed. The video is not meant to be informative. it's more so to walk you in my shoes as a first time fursuit maker. and maybe inspire you to make your own as well!

i think with more people making tutorials, we are having that affect where the newer generations start at a very good point, and end up being stronger than the first gen of fursuit makers, its pretty interesting
honestly as a maker who has been making for years im super impressed! you should open for commissions one day! also tip for future suits I recommend gluing the eyes in after gluing the fur on just makes everything easier.

That knife looks like it made it a lot quicker to make, I use scissors and it takes me a while to get things cut out. That's really cool! I made a few mistakes with my first head that I'm hoping to fix and learn from in future fursuits. But that moment when the machine stalled is so relatable, I've been using a sewing machine from the 1970s, and it stalls a lot with fur.

Even if this isnt a tutorial it a good way to show people, yes you can do it, you just need patience.

Top tier and really motivational and I now want to create my own fursuit but I’m jumping the gun right now because I don’t even have my sona fully planned out but that looks fabulous for your first time making a suit and you made it look kinda easy
Remember this if your going to paint on your fursuit you need to use either fabric paint or acrylic paint with textile medium both non heat bond. Otherwise if you use just acrylic paint it’s going to chip and wash off and if it’s heat bond a. Fursuit head is a difficult space to heat and you could accidentally heat one spot to much and the fibers melt together. And it turns all gross and stuff so don’t use heat bond paint on your heads/small parts like on your toes on the feet paws.
Also also this is a very good fursuit it’s very well made.

I know you said you wouldn't go in depth because you think we could find better info elsewhere, but I've just somehow switched the right side of my fursuit head's pattern to the left, messed it up to the point of having to just survive a choppy glue job with a dead pattern, and haven't the time to redo it thanks to deciding this would be a good school project, and your video has somehow been the best help this week for me. If you decide to do more stuff like this in the future it'd be amazing! Your editing and clear, enjoyable content is really helpful! ... Especially for my next head.
Amazing job on your first head and really cool video. You should do full tutorials on the process you went through to make it when you feel you have enough experience. Would love to watch and learn since you seem to have a great way of showing almost all of the process even in a short somewhat detailed video. Keep up the great work.
