If this ammo is no longer available, that is a very good thing👍

The Underwood 380+P is looking like a real bargain compared to this 9mm. Not much reaction when it hit the gel. Didn't perform at all like it should have. Thanks for saving us money. Kudos for the donation Jamey. 👍💥🙏

  • @CrashRacknShoot

A rule in life: Anytime you see a box label that has the same aesthetic design as a 90s-00s southern rap album, the rounds are gonna be shit.

  • @frankfrankly1366

    Cool ,high dollar hard ball.

  • @truthhurts7836

It's amazing how some of this ammo does and does not perform how it's designed to work. Appreciate all the videos and keep them coming 👍

I absolutely agree with you concerning how overblown over penetration is. Worry about where your misses go, they'll do far more damage than a hit that over penetrates. Not to mention you're supposed to know what's behind your target before you pull the trigger.

  • @bluesbondsman

At that speed I'm shocked that it basically did NOTHING!!!

  • @chit2840

We used to use those. They are supposed to act like ball basically but if they hit something hard they go to dust. We used them in shoot house /CQB training. Not the exact round you tested but frangible 9mm, 5.56 and .45 acp. FWIW.

  • @randlerichardson5826

Be interesting to see how they perform in the Hi-point carbine now

  • @dastarddizaster

Test on a piece of sheet metal before the gel block and a sheet behind a side width of gel block...to see if it fragments under those conditions.

  • @GBGuns

Seems like it needs more than a 4" barrel: a great demonstration of what not-enough velocity looks like.

  • @jgranger2002

Thats some of that "extreme shock" from back in the day.

  • @Steve-yo4ld

The Blue Glazer has #12, the Silver Glazer has #6! A better choice is Magsafe!✌️

  • @nbruno121195

Not sure if it’s been said before as I didn’t read all 300+ comments, but these rounds are designed to act as ball ammo on soft targets, they’re designed specifically to not go through walls/doors/etc. Gel being soft you get the ball ammo behavior. Shoot into plywood/thin metal/drywall etc and it will disintegrate into powder.

  • @Nutty.357

I have to just stick to what I know is good! And thanks to your testing helps expand that knowledge! Appreciate ya! 💥

  • @YellowHammer26

👍👍Thanks Tools. It had good speed but that was about it for this round.

  • @popinfresh3088

I totally agree T&T! For me, in 9mm and up, just gimme more Gold Dot! Or HST if that's all I can find! It's crazy though, I've talked to quite a few people that do carry some unique ammo! Thanks for taking the time to run all these tests! Always interesting.

  • @caleb6988

Well if the freedom seeds don't perform through the clothing barrier then I wouldn't have them as a carry round. They would be range freedom seeds. Brother tools another great freedom seed test.

  • @ryanzanow8221

Oh man, for someone that loves his jelly clean, as you do, I’m glad you don’t have to major of a cleanup on this one, brother!
