1 tsp chop garlic

1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp degi mirch powder
1/2 tsp dry mango powder
salt to taste
chop coriander
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 whole red chilli
3 tbsp oil
2 tsp cream

MASHALLAH CHEF.... LOVELY WAY OF MAKING STUFFED CAPSICUM....I LOVE THE METHOD ATLAST YOU SAID THAT YOU WILL MICROWAVE THE CAPSICUM AND THEN DROP IN GRAVY.....SO THE STUFFING WILL BE IN CAPSICUM ITSELF RATHER THAN COMING OUT IN GRAVY AND EVEN STAY CONCHINESS WHILE EATING.....❤❤....THANKS AGAIN

Good recipe Chef saab. I stuff it with finely chopped onions and grated fresh coconut, cooked in oil with dhania powder, jeera powder, finely chopped garlic, I do not add ginger (but yes it will add to the flavour), sambar powder and red chilli powder. This mixture is stuffed into capsicum of brinjals (after quarter cutting them) shallow fried and the sour taste is given with tamarind extract and sweetened with jaggery. And yes we eat tis with Jowar Bhakri or triangle shaped paranthas

Just a request: almost all ur recipes contain onion, garlic, tomato, coriander cumin, red chilli powders as masala. It will give similar flavor to all dishes. Show us something without use of onion garlic tomato so that flavors are different.
