I have a question sir, why not we use borrowing from other country as debit because we have to repay it although it is coming into the country, but it can make some issues as we say our balance of payment is positive and we are happy that our BOP is positive but actually we need to minus debt as we have to repay it. if we use debt as credit, we show economy is good by positive BOP, but it is actually under the burden of debt. please reply I just wanna clear my this confusion. THANK YOU.
