Virtual Mock Employment Tribunal Part 1 - HR Recruit

Over the last couple of years we’ve had to adjust to the virtual tribunal hearing, and we have gathered our collective experience to share with you at this event. We were joined by Vista Employer Services, for an interactive and free of charge virtual mock employment tribunal this week.
Vista’s team of experienced advocates provided a real insight into how a remote hearing is run, how decisions are made and how actions taken can very easily become key features of a tribunal hearing.
This event was best suited to HR professionals who may be dealing with a case scheduled for a remote hearing, and aimed to help attendees to:
