Yea bro alot of people don't know how to build fast vqs, but his vq was actually very fast when it was n/a, he gapped other e9x m3s like nothing lol, both of us had special n/a cars! I beat every other n/a m3 as well, and I even beat supercharged e9x m3s, f10 m5s, and bi turbo e63 amg. I wasn't even fbo, still needed a pulley, headers, and trans tune. Miss my m3, I got a m6 v10 now, gonna also eventually get a Gintani stage 2 full e85 tune for it. But it'll always be the slowest version because its a convertible. But I bought it cuz I wanted a vert that can still hit over 200+mph, and I live in cali, so going to the beach with the top down is amazing. I had my fun in the m3 haha. People don't realize the difference between being fast and being quick, ya see an fbo 340i would gap me in a 60-140mph run, but his top speed isn't around 207mph lol, so im technically "faster" but the 340i is quicker, im built different, I actually like top speed runs on the freeway at 3am when theres no traffic at all, don't really care about roll racing or digs anymore. No matter what someone always gonna be quicker anyway, but doing 200mph gps certified, really does hit different and can't even explain how fun it is, and the adrenaline I get from top speed runs.
Id say they pretty dead even even tho the m3 pulled after. I have an e92 m3 stock and have raced a g 37 with a couple bolt ons and tune and it was neck and neck ever time
Diego Ramirez m3 was misfiring all these runs 🥺 I’m gonna get re runs with him tho when we’re both running good, for instance I raced my friend when I was having codes pop up with a stage 1 mhd 435i e20 mix and I was neck and neck but I pulled a little and then I raced a 335i fbo e mix that gapped him when wasn’t having issues and I pulled on him more then the 435i, so unfortunately my car is really slow rn smh, last time I checked I needed a new 02 sensor but I’m gonna also get spark plugs
He pulls on admin tuned cars too, one admin tuned car with the same mods pulled a little on him, but It wasn’t anywhere close to how the m3 top end is.
Because at the time i was having a problem with 02 sensor codes and they were messing up my afr ratio, but trust that g37 is actually surprisingly fast, it pulled on c63 amgs, my car was actually really fast even with the 02 sensor problems i pulled on 10 speed mustangs and camaros, e63 amgs biturbo some runs, upgraded turbo n54s, gapped scatpacks like nothing, and even was only about a car behind a hellcat when i gutted the m3 more. This g37 was gutted and was the fastest n/a g37 at the time, it wasnt a regular g37, it pulled on supercharged g37s.
Yes, camshafts can increase horsepower and torque in a VQ37 engine. Camshafts control when valves open and close, and their design and timing can significantly affect an engine's performance. Some camshafts are designed to increase mid-range torque and top end horsepower, and with other modifications, they can add up to 36 horsepower and 22 ft-lb of torque to a vq37.
This is one of my favorite roll races on yt

@@jameswiththeM6 thats good man and can't wait to see the rerun
@@Motorsports_3 neck and neck? It was for a while until the M3 was putting bus lengths on him.
you need admin tuning top end

@@jameswiththeM6 why is ur car so slow for the mods u pull top end like a none tuned car

I feel like cams dont make ay more power on vq37
