    Thank you so very much for telling these stories! Elvis never forgot how to have a good time, like he did before becoming the world's most famous person on earth. I'd say he kept everyone on their toes more than everyone ever knew! Heck, one could make plenty of movies of things like this story! Elvis was full of life and I thank God for that!

    You know why I think Elvis went up those guys at the Liquor store sitting on the curb with their brown paper bags covering up their beer/ liquor bottles ? I think it's probably because he grew up knowing what those kinds of folks were like . I guess growing up in the south it must be different than where other people grow up ? IDK..., but I grew up knowing those kinds of folks and I'm sure they didn't mean no harm . Their just hanging out drinking and talking . He probably was just trying to prove a piont that he wasn't to good to talk to folks like that . That's just my opinion . But....I also can understand why Mr. Grob was concerned and he was just doing his job . Great stories....!!
