I understand Pema la's feeling. I consider nobody is totally freedom from sickness. Those who get sick frequently, they sometime take care better their health. So they live longer and relatively healthier. We can see that in people’s life. Secondly, as a Buddhist I believe our previous life’s unwholesome karmas diminishing in this life when sickness or difficulties occur. Getting frequent sickness or difficulties is not entirely unfortunate one. Lastly, Pema la you have good job, good husband, and many good friends around you. You are a fortunate one in many ways. May be it is better focus slightly less on your sickness and difficulties that you have experienced. Wishing you a Happy and Healthy 2024.
