Hello, I have this modem and pre-paid internet. and the problem is that there is a pin for the card and there is no place to enter it on the modem configuration page. Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

Hey I need some help asap.. I tried everything but still showing UNKNOWN and Disconnected at the top right of the page.. However my card is detected and the status of it says "Ready" and show the IMSI ans the ICCID on the Sim information page on advanced. I restart, reset after factory reset, I manually set my APN with name and APN (nothing more) but still disconnected and Unknown as network..

It's just a USB modem where you insert the SIM and use the SIM data as WiFi
