Yes, Lisa has a certain beauty that is inescapable, yet not in your face like so many actresses. She’s the type of woman you might see at work and suddenly she’s on your mind for no apparent reason.

Hugh Laurie didn't want to keep doing it. AFAIK his contract expired after the 8th season and he said he wasn't going to renew it. So that kind of made the decision for them. In any case it was no secret he wanted to go home.

I'm glad House didn't get renuined. House is a brilliant show and in the top 5 medical shows of all time. 1 thing House got right was ending at the right time, rather then continuing for the sake of it. Look at Grey's anatomy, from season 6 it turned into a soap opera and got worse and worse.
