Chery Tiggo 8 Pro 1.6 -Here's Why it Still Stands Out This 2023

  • The Chery Tiggo 8 Pro 1.6 was ground breaking when it was launched back in 2022. It was the most feature packed 7 seater crossover for the price. Back then its price of 1.6+ million pesos seemed steep for a Chinese crossover. But now as the prices of its compettiors like the Geely Okavango are going up, I think it's about time to revisit the Tiggo 8 Pro. In this video, we're going to deconstruct what makes the Tiggo 8 Pro stand out this 2023.

      @@weskohler in terms of reliability I haven't had any major issues as of this writing. When one of my charging ports stopped working, I just had it serviced in less than an hour. Comfort, I'd say NVH is very minimal. Fuel efficiency, I get about 11 km/l for combined highway and city driving.

    from cebu here, tiggo 8 1.6T owner since March 24 this year. and this is the best car ever! fast support from chery peeps if you have questions. I fell in love of the car everyday I used it. Pinakasulit and walang pag sisi talaga. Initially I was looking at okavango but when I found out about tiggo 8, I never looked Back. specially that I got the 2023 version it has more features than the one being reviewed here. it already has a functional fog lamps that is like a DRL. the turn signals looks much better front and back. it comes default with door autolock when the car runs more than 20km/l. each day I discover more features. really sulit!

    A year ago, tiggo 8 pro was one of my options. But instead went for the more "hype" Geely Azkarra Luxury. Today, i think based on feedbacks and my own experience, Tiggo 8 should have been the better choice. Geely will probably kill me with stress dealing with their none-existent costly aftersales support and the car itself having issues every now and then. Based from the groups experience, it's apparent that even yung mga mechanics nila dont know how to fix geely cars.😅

    • @rjedi5295
      @rjedi5295 Před 11 měsíci

      well 1.9m zenix is a hybrid, with electric miles (base on what i have heard) I think it is pretty competitive with its price, so I might choose that. but if it is a mild hybrid only, im pretty sure that 2.0 NA Engine will be as gas guzzler as other 2.0 engines. 😅 (my opinion only)
