- Hello everyone. In this speed build/Stop motion I created a big family home with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms in the sims 4. A toddler, teenager, Guest room, and two bedrooms for children on the first floor. A big skylight bedroom for the parents on the second floor.An office, a painting studio.A roof balcony where your sims can lie and watch the stars and a curved pool on the back.

Amazing house, just amazing. But I still noticed something on many of your builds. It's affecting the performance way too much. The landscape design has to many plants, and sims 4 engine cannot handle them without a lot of fps drop. It can't pass 40 fps, on top end computer. Sometimes 28 if you zoom out to the maximum. Sad...
