For your case, just apply with your bachelors degree qualifications. Do not include any information regarding your masters studies because it will complicate things for you

There is no template. Its a free written statement that explains your financial status. You may talk about your parents work status or how they cannot earn enough to pay for your university or if you have other siblings that depend on them financially and things of the kind
How come the handling fee box is checked already? Did you pay it earlier?
Its checked because you dont have to pay it
I mentioned it in the video, if you are coming from certain countries and applying for the scholarship, then you are exempted from paying the handling fee
I want To apply for Master's in movement. Do I need to provide IELTS or English proficiency letter would be enough!?
Some countries are exempted from proving English Proficiency, please check the details
