Yes, just like cars and anything else that is financed.
Sheds are typically on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their rental payments we pick them up.
My wish is not for anyone to get anything repossessed but rather for everyone to make great decisions and prosper.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly, if you can't pay you can always voluntarily return it.

I've been watching a week or so now wanting to catch up on all of your shed repo videos and the one thing I've noticed more than anything is that Josh is so respectful and so kind to everyone no matter what they say or how they treat him. That is nice to watch and it just gives you a good feeling to know that someone is out there helping and doing the best that he can to take care of his family but being respectful to everyone all the time. What a rewarding job and what a good job you do. Enjoy both of you, thanks so much!

I really admire Josh; I am assuming he left the Amish Community with nothing. His equipment asset value must be around 200 thousand dollars. Worked for someone and learned a skill and went on to create his own business.
Just shows that everyone has the same opportunities to be successful.
It’s really Surprising that ALL of these people Rent Sheds, Storage Units, etc. to Store what looks likely mostly Junk. Junk is Not Worth keeping and Paying Monthly.
They get these sheds because they don't see this stuff as junk 😂. They see it as a memory, or "What if I may need that some day 🤔", or I can build something useful out of that 🤔", or "I can use the parts off this broken one if the new one breaks down 😉, or "You can't get these anywhere anymore. They stopped making them 😎". or "I saw a video on CZcams where you can "recycle these into that 😊". Or I know I will make something from that if I ever get the time 🤷. Or have you priced this stuff lately 😳? Or "What if the government shuts down again yhor we have another COVID-19 😳! We will be angry at ourselves if we get rid of this and no stores or businesses are open 🤨. Remember that freeze Texas has a few years ago and they went without electricity for 9 whole days and the temperatures were only 20 degrees 😲??? Many of them Texans froze their asses off. A few even died 😳! They could have used this 😳! / That is how we wind up with so many things that others see as crap. My mother was a hoarder. She didn't live to see the age of 65. She was divorced and took care of herself for 30 years. I never saw a situation that she couldn't get herself out of due to things she had saved. Every time I went to her house to fix something I would say "We are going to need "this, and that" to fix this mom". I'll be damned if she couldn't start dragging stuff over with everything I needed to fix her problem 😂. It was used but it still was what I needed to fix her problem 😂.

I've watched some of the alternative channels doing shed repos and so far none have come close to living up to your narration and content. But they will be better than nothing if you don't continue with the repo videos.

Used to tow a lot of illegal parked cars, my favorite ones had the wheels turned with the parking break set. The ones they got 10ft from looked back and said, naa they can't get that. News flash guys named Josh always get what they want. You are the guy that gave me the idea for the plastic boxes under the rear seats. Even though I just have an extended cab the rears still fold down and the front slides back and forth. Huge timesaver and more secure and organized.
watched a fair amount of your videos,how do you stay so calm,i would need a 6 pack before showing up and dealing with all the trash.some people just have no pride of ownership at all of their property,looks to me like all those repo's are people who couldnt afford them in the first place.

I think Josh's trailer had the same bells & whistles, he just didn't need to use them often. I've seen him use the sideways wheels before, so cool.
Sad, you never know when your health could go down, the company you work for could go under, anything. Money can easily disappear. And just because you think you can judge a person's financial situation based on the place they live doesn't mean you can. One of the richest families in our town lived very thrifty. If someone didn't know better they would've appeared poor. This guy probably fell on hard times. Anyways, he knew he couldn't afford the building, he accepted that it would have to go. Hopefully he has something saved for these hard times. We're all going through them. I wish I hadn't been so irresponsible in my youth. The young man who makes these videos seems to have a good head on his shoulders. Good for him! Young people nowadays are headed to a worse place in life than I'm in now. And that's just sad.
I hope the older gentleman manages to get himself and his family into a better financial situation. It sucks to have to go from $100k to $35k per year. :(

Knew which channel you were going to say. Already saw some of his videos and he does indeed operate a lot like you do. He has a cool trailer that steers in the back and can get into much tighter spaces than your trailer, but his mule is not as nice. It has wheels instead of tracks. But other than those two things, it really is similar. If someone wants to watch shed repos, that is definitely a channel worth a look. 100%. And that trailer is pretty slick. The whole back drives sideways. Crazy stuff.
Josh used to have a trailer that has the sideways wheels as well. I've seen a couple of videos where he had to use them; but most of the time he hasn't needed them, like this one:

What do people pay for month for a shed this size? I’m always curious when you pick them up how much they have paid on it so far. I agree with others it’s weird to me that these people rent sheds just to store literal trash and junk.
