No one said that before. The tunnels are just holes in the mountain as the Norwegian authorities don't have to comply with the EU regulations for tunnels if they are not a part of a European highway. But yeah, the road authorities www.youtube.com/@Vegvesenet work a lot to keep roads clear and people safe on the roads.
