Let's breakdown
1. There is a freeze frame in the first part of the animation, it would have been best you shot two different clips one being the master with a locked frame background without you in it. Then during pre production you would mask yourself out and animate more smoothly, don't forget to set your key frames in ease in fir in and easy out for out.
2. Judging from the start point of the animation why is there the dark shadows that's really not neat into it, it's best remove the shadows use after effects to cover up the particles with clean dust effects particles with that it will be unnoticeable. Thank you.

@@pablo-kx3to actually there are usually more than a 100 ways to do one thing in either graphics or video editing and get the same or similar results. So I used a different way.
