I love these homes I noticed almost all of the homes in Canada or maybe just Toronto have a basements like full huge basements with bathrooms and bedrooms I love it

@@djoldsoulkid3407 To Canadians, homes in the southern U.S. such as in Texas, seem to be an incredible bargain, sometimes a quarter of the price that you would pay in Toronto. Besides the cost of land, there are considerable differences in construction, usually due to the climate differences. Basements are a big factor, along with insulation levels, HVAC systems for extreme cold and heat, water supply and sewer systems buried deep underground, electrical services can't be inside garages and water heaters, water piping, A/C and heating cannot be located or run through attics.

I find darker wood floors on the main and upper floors adds more character. The basement looks big and lighter floor color fits well. The house is still missing something to me. I just don’t know why. Maybe more expensive furnitures and wall Paintings but the house looks really nice in general.

I don’t know what to feel about this house.. I don’t know if I like it or not.. I don’t know if it’s nice or not.. it’s weird that I can’t explain it. I don’t know why. Because I feel like there’s something missing or lacking but at the same time it looks adequate and more than enough..
But this house gave me a deep feeling of uncertainty.. LOL.. This is the only house on this channel that I had this kind of unsure feeling.. Seriously, something is off-putting with this house. I don’t know if it’s the design? Or the color palette? Or the layout? But I can’t seem to pinpoint what exactly it is..
Dear Agent, you are indeed very sensitive and discerning, and I have replied to your comment just now. You are right about the house. Very luxurious, but definitely haunted. I vastly prefer the house the Ingalls family occupied in "Little House on the Prairie": every inch of space was filled with love and warmth! It was a welcoming dwelling!!
Could be that the bedrooms upstairs should have their own bathrooms being such a modern house etc
I think its the emptiness of the house. Like its not exactly unfurnished, there's furniture here and there but unlike the other houses in this channel, many of the rooms here are unfurnished and that homely feeling that we want to feel in these tours has not been captured. The house is lovely and huge, and would look warm and homely once a family moves in perhaps.
I think the bed-to-room ratio is too big. They could have added at least a few more chare to fill the empty space.
