@@texasstar5 instability if not cautious. My cousin drives a wrecker in the mountains, North Carolina and seen numerous campers and trucks rolled over from careless driving on winding roads . Also, when making abrupt turns using heavy breaking.

Also, when you lift your truck attaching that pin box to the hitch in the bed will be all out of alignment. The front of your camper will be way too high, causing issues, safety, towing, and also lowering the clearance between the under side of the camper and the bed rails. Lifted trucks and campers especially fifth wheels are not compatible. You will create all kind of issues for your self. @@texasstar5
