Thanks for sharing this. Our instructions on the double stroller didn't have any information on the washers and wheels. You are a life saver. 👍

Hello, I bought this stroller and it only came with 4 washers. It seems to fit one washer on each side of the wheel. Should I try and get the other washers? Or you think the stroller should work fine?
We always recommend following the assembly to ensure your stroller works at its best! Contact us by email, chats or phone and we'll be happy to get you that washer.

How did you get that pin in? I can hardly see, that's what I looked the video up for. 😢
Hi Liz, Turn the stroller on its side with the wheel up and press down on the wheel. It's very tight but then you can slide that cotter pin into the axle. Give us a call if you need more help!
@@joovyI am having the same problem 😢 I did what you suggested and that pin is really hard to slice into the axle 😢 My fingers are so sore now
Same Yinil, my fingers are red and sweating, I'm having alot of trouble
Can you show a close-up of what the cotter pin should look like once it’s inserted? I can’t tell whether just the straight side or both sides are supposed to be inserted into the axel.
