    That is is inventive and very smart. You are a dedicated parent. I can see you have put a lot of thought and energy into converting that so it works for you. Shame on that stroller company for not working with you on that part. That is so sad. Enjoy your time with your baby.

    This is amazing! You could adapt that once she has out grown the seat to hold a basket, like if you wanted to go to the grocery store and grab a few things, you could put the basket on there so that it's secure and not sitting directly on your lap and you'd be able to use both hands comfortably to move your chair. There's probably other things you could do too.

    "It's a bumpy ride" lol this was so funny. I live in an apartment building (NYC) and to enter you have to go 3 steps down, sort of like a sunken entrance. My son always laughs when he's in the stroller and I pop it like a wheelie and we do the 3 little bumps down the steps to go in. He's almost 3 and still loves it, laughs every time at the jumping stroller 😊

    We used ring slings as our primary baby carriers, and they work great. Once the kids are sitting up, they can also be adjusted to go around your back and around baby's belly, so baby can sit on your lap, seatbelted to you.
    A friend of ours had a plastic tray on his power chair, and we went to the zoo with him and our 11-month-old and just seat-belted our kid to him sitting on the tray. Kiddo LOVED it (and nearly got Bill's backpack eaten by goats in the petting zoo!).

    From 3.15 to 3.30 is inspirational... before ppl jump down my throat for using that word I'm not even sorry...what inspires me, as a soon-to-be aunty, is that you can joggle jolt and generally disturb a baby, THAT much and you basically just get a perturbed frown... I have nightmares of scenarios where by the time I have wobbled and thrust my tiny neice or nephew in such ungainly fashion as I'm gonna have to even to just get mySELF comfortable and stabilised, they basically dislike me and Don't trust me again or approach me voluntarily for affection until they're about seven!

    • @ParalyzedLiving
      @ParalyzedLiving  Před 2 lety +1

      Hi Bonnie! She was a pretty tame baby and never seemed to care much if the ride got bumpy. She’s 3 1/2 now and happy as can be so I don’t think the occasional jolt had any effect. She’s also lived with me in a chair her entire life so perhaps she was used to it. Don’t be so hard on yourself though. Kids are resilient.

      Around the minuet mark while daddy and mummy were being distracted while he spoke about the frame for the cradle little madam takes her right shoe of babies and toddlers are so very notoriously naughty in a unintentional way have a bad habit of removing there shoes and or socks whether it's to chew on it or what there well famous for fling them out the pram, cradle or anywhere else they happen to be. If at home you have more chance of finding the stray clothing or toy items but outside you have had it I use to put wrist band on the teddies or toy with number to contact with if I'm accidently discarded by my owner please contact her/his mummy or daddy for my safe return home thank you. This is why I encouraged the parents to only let there child take cheap toy or teddie out that way you no it is very easily replaced so no tears or tantrums because of missing item best thing is buy multiple of same thing and hide the duplicates.
      Another easy tip when changing nappy is ride the baby grow up the back and press the poppers at each shoulder after meeting each end at front and back avoids it getting covered in pee and poop as that's another thing there good at as if it's there trick to fool you that toilet business is all done then bam out of no where they projectile pee and poop litually everywhere sometimes you think to yourself where it's all come from its never ending and more often or not it's a bullseye perfect aim as it's not just on yourself but anywhere else in the firing line same when they regurgitate babies are so funny and sneaky at times I love and adore them especially when they themselves find it hilarious once Babba starts laughing it's so infections everyone starts laughing
