ఉప్పల్ too ఘట్కేసర్ ఇదొక దరిద్రం.. 8 సంవత్సరాలనుండి చూస్తున్నాం ఈ వర్క్.. కనీసం మొదలు పెట్టకుండా ఉన్నా బాగుండు. వర్షం పడితే ఈ రోడ్డు మీద నరకం చూస్తున్నాం.. ఇంకో 10 సంవత్సరాలు పడతదేమో కంప్లీట్ అవడానికి
