Hawkeye(75pts), Kong(50pts), Shaggy(40pts?), Misty Knight(30pts), Commisioner Gordon(30pts) and Scott Porter(25pts)
Equipment trick arrow(hawkeye), motorcycle(Shaggy), Sinestro ring?(porter?)
But that's only 275 out of 300 so missing something

how many clue token did he put after sidestep and shaggy action?

He got 1 for breaking terrain with sidestep, 1 for the free move 1 from the motorcycle, and then 1 from moving with charge and 1 from the destroy action from charge, so shaggy got him 4 clue tokens a turn.
