You need two things to beat Golden State: defensive versatility (especially perimeter defense) and a lineup that can play small ball. So:
$5: Chris Paul
$1: Avery Bradley
$5: Kawhi Leonard
$3: Giannis Antetokounmpo
$1: Steven Adams
Kawhi and CP3 are the best perimeter defenders in the league, and Bradley and Antetokounmpo are all-defensive wings. Plus, Giannis and Adams are 7 footers who are great interior defenders as well. This lineup can also play small ball (1-4) can hit 3's and are hyper efficient scorers.

You need a superstar to beat them, and there is only one true superstar nowadays, LBJ.
Then, pick Davis for the scoring inside the paint and the rim protection.
Finally, pick three shooters who defend well.
This team can defend on the starting 5 but also on the death squad (Green on Curry, Dragic on Thompson, LBJ on Durant, Young on Iguodala, Davis on Green).
Maybe this would not work with 2K but I am sure that it is one of the best starting 5 in real life (for 15 dollars).

Everyone on my team can defend, and there are 3 elite defensive players. GSW can't rebound, so imagine Thompson and DeAndre on the boards, it would be second chance buckets all day and clamps on defense. Durant would be out of commission thanks to Kawhi and Klay would be able to play thanks to Paul George. Not to mention, the warriors bigs (including Draymond) would be outmatched by the defense and rebounding of Thompson and Jordan. Curry would have to carry the whole team and I don't think he can by himself.
