The person in white on the swing is his mother. She had mental health issues and she committed suicide. NF has been going through the search and has included us. I really believe in us sharing with each other we can overcome any struggle.
NOTE: This is shot in the desert of Iceland. But just my take: this all is very reminiscent of Exodus, notice the cage in the background. The cage was from his album previous Perception NF in that he was a slave and trapped by his fear… BUT he had the keys to the cage (knowledge of God/Jesus), that is why in this song he asks if we have seen "the map to hope" (promised land / God's kingdom) until then NF is wandering in the desert / world (as we believers do in this world until we reach God's kingdom/heaven). Just like the Israelites carried some of Egypt along with them (false comfort in this world) NF still ties some of his burdens to this worldly cart unable to give it up.
You don’t have to watch them in order. But most of his songs and videos are interconnected. But you don’t have to watch in order to still experience the meaning of the song. NF is just one of those artists that so many people can relate to with what they’re feeling but just don’t have the words to explain what they feel. It’s almost as if NF experienced exactly what we have and in the exact same way we experienced it. Spoiler: He hints to this in one of his songs called Just Like You. He’s real, he’s not afraid to open up about his struggles with mental health, his Faith, his struggle with going through life itself growing older and life in the industry. I connect with NF’s music on such a deep and emotional level. Plus his beats are sick! My personal favorites are: I Miss the Days, (this one I connect with the most) Lost ft. Hopsin, Remember This, Nate, Leave Me Alone, Bullet (which is dedicated to his wife). Hope you all enjoy his music just as much as I have! 😊

He will hop in it like at the end of the video if he is getting overwhelmed. He shows it is harder to keep this cart by his continued struggle to push it. Think of the NF Journey as a TV series and each album is a season... They do go best in order because of future Easter eggs and past call-outs. Especially if you listen to "Outro"*(last song on Perspection, but before Intro III & Outcast). Not just album/CD listing, but which songs were released on video first!!!

When hen talks about getting the noose out he mentions "hang up my heart let it air out". Meaning letting go of the burdens that make his heart heavy. Also when he mentions his therapist and something funny's going on up in my house is a nod to his songs Therapy Session and Mansion. As for the people in white. Im pretty sure they are people who found hope. They're far away and dont really move because hes negative so like hes dejected from them maybe? Just a theory. NF Personifies his emotions and so the all black Nate Is his negative emotions and the white in the other song you did is hope. In this song, he mentions finding the map to hope. Have you seen it in the previous song hope he has the map. These are all little things that you pick up in his songs and hint his videos. There's little easter eggs all over the Place which is why it's better to watch the videos and listen to the songs in order because they have a story from beginning to end and you'll see all the Little Things as you Go if you do it all out of order you miss those things.
I would highly recommend doing the journey in order. At the very least you will want to poll before just snagging a song off the list. Some songs out of order will make others lose a lot of power. For example, listening to Mama before How Could You Leave Us would be a terrible idea. Doing Intro 3 before Mansion will leave you really confused. I could go on.
