Okay I don't know if anybody remembers this but if you bought Skyrim special edition on the Xbox 360 with the konnect you could actually turn on an option where you could say the dragon language and you would shout in game which was probably the best moment of my entire time playing Skyrim

@@codyuchiha945 Throw voice is very good for stealth builds. Literally let's you turn away your enemy away from you if they are watching at you or just group them in one place for fireball.
@@codyuchiha945 Throw Voice is easy though, all 3 words are on the same wall, and it's just so funny to hear the npc get insulted by the whisper
Watching these Skyrim videos makes me want to go back and do a playthrough where I actually 100% everything (aside from the never-ending generated side quests ofc).
Do ittt...I'm nearing the end of my playthrough now but it's been so good. I got the special edition with all the DLC which I never played before but I still haven't even touched the mods so...there's just so much content in the game. Best game ever
Do it.. maybe use the Mods packages and start off in god-mode - amulet for weightlessness and you can carry all the dragon bones you like 😉 akso I like to have a dark vampire companion at my back and a crab at my feet.. try it 😎
My favourite is clear skies. The way she shouts it feels so badass.

@@lepindre9193 It just makes you feel like a powerful god. You can bend the alter the weather around you with just your voice. For something so simple, it's very empowering.

I love only using the first word. It essentially just makes a grunt sound and a sonic boom. Sounds sick

Fun fact, there is one other shout that can be used, but is unobtainable. It's the one the Greybeards use when they summon that decoy that you use to test out Fus and Ro. The only way to obtain it is through console commands, of course, and the Dragonborn does have voice lines for that shout

My favorite is still Fus Ro Dah. I still have lots of warm fuzzy feelings from the trailer and all the memes, plus the sheer fun and usefulness in the game.
Gol Haan Dov is a close second, though. Always a sucker for mind trick powers
The dawnguard shouts sound different compared to how I know how they sound for a male human. I also know male argonians use that voice for shouting.
I did use my Argonian to make this video (my pfp Argonian).
That's what I was guessing you were playing as. There is a similar situation with female elves and humans, though summon durnehviir is the same between them.
Marked for Death and Soul Tear are my favourite shouts. They fit well with my Nordic Dark Lord/Necromancer build.
I love these and also just the first word of become ethereal (feim)
when durnevir casts soul tear it sounds so bad-ass I like how they make different characters shout in different ways (like how draugrs delay when using fus ro dah and disarm)

there was not a single reason for Dragonrend to sound so.. intimidating
The shout itself is intimidating. Literally pulls dragons out of the sky against their own will.
Technically it should be intimidating, after all you are downing a dragon.
You are literally forcing the concept of mortality into the mind of an immortal being. It SHOULD sound intimidating.
What do you mean? Men put all their hatred and frustration towards the dragons in that shout when they came up with it. You couldn't be any more wrong with this statement.
Battle Fury sounds the best for me.
Storm Call is completely insane. I used it once, and immediately killed Lydia and my horse. Pause, reload, fuck that. Never used it again.
The same thing happened to me yesterday (I'm a newish player) except I noticed my horse's health bar going down quickly. I reloaded before it was killed; I don't know what was happening to Lydia. What good is that shout if it kills your horse and followers? It was terrifying because I was picturing _myself_ (as in real-life self) in that storm.

My favourite Shout, in terms of the words, is easily Aura Whisper
In terms of Effect, my favourite is 100% Call Storm, I already see myself standing on top of a building, bandits below me, and literally raining on them and watching them be struck by the lightning
I like the sound it makes when u use call of valor/summon Durnehviir
Of them all, Fos Ro Dah is my favourite shout. 🌬️💨 Gets them pesky NPCs out of the way swiftly, and easily if you lure them near to ledges 😉

I favor Yol-Toor-Shul myself, it’s gotten me out of quite a few binds involving hordes of Dragr, while Fus would’ve probably worked I preferred to have the damage there just in case I really needed to wipe a horde out quick.
Too bad it doesn't scale, I freaking love the elemental shouts, i just use ice form because it's like a better fus roh dah with the coolness of the elementals.
Hardcore respect to the love for my old favorite.

my favorite shout is become ethereal but just the first word, the way the dragonborn yells "FEIM" is so badass

It's a shame there's no recording of the fullness of a shout. I understand why there's a hesitation between the first and second syllables (Gameplay; how many words are you going to use? The game doesn't know) but everyone who's watching this remembers the difference between "FUS RO DAH!!!" from the trailer and "FUS...? RO DAH!" from the game. I'd love to hear the original actors giving the full shouts.

I could but I would have to start a new game and collect all the shouts again which would take a long time. Unless there is some kind of console command or mod to unlock shouts.
I tried to download mods on my computer but its pretty tricky. I actually haven't played skyrim in a little while because of apex and hearthstone.
@@Naoxys192 im pretty sure you can unlock all of the shouts even unlocking them without dragon souls
Im even tried to get the summon spectral clone shouts "Fik Lo Sah" (the ones the greybeards used to test our unrelenting force shout) via commands and its work well
@@Kaes.R There are some mods like Thunderchild that restore the Phantom Form/Decoy shout to the game without needing commands, so there's that. :)
