COESA 2022: Deborah Agudey Doeyoe (EA) breaks 6-year-old record with

Eastern Greater Accra Zone's 400m specialist Deborah Agudey Doeyoe smashed the 6-year-old COESA record after she clocked 1:00. 21 to win heat 1 of the women’s 400m. Her mark eclipsed the old record of 1:01.43s set by Emmanuelle Appiah Cenwest in 2016. Deborah was followed in second place by Cenwest’s Georgina Eshun who clocked 1:03.13 while Volta zone’s Benedicta Ama Sunkwah came third with 1:06.11.
