Not sure if you’re up at this time but sometimes on Tuesdays and Thursdays (not always) optimum usually does monthly/weekly tests around 3:20am or somewhere at like 2:50am or 3:00am. Also, if you ever power your box off during an EAS alert with optimum, you will after the alert listen to the live broadcast of Stingray Music Smooth Jazz.
