    Whitewall covers were on eBay, just search the Internet for 'portawall' or 'atlas' whitewall covers and there's some company's that sell different sizes as a set so you can do front and back wheels. Really easy to fit, search CZcams if your stuck and there's some tutorials and hints in places that sell them!! Hope this helps.

      +Paul Goodey didn't change the jets, it really made a very minimal difference in the performance, I did read somewhere that one head is jetted smaller than the other but when I checked mine they were both the same so I left the carbs all standard.

    • @mattblackk8597
      @mattblackk8597  Před 8 lety

      +Paul Goodey I know the exhaust pipes are different sizes just where they come out of the head, the one nearest the back of the bike was smaller, most probably needs a bit more of a restriction, the only problems I had with mine idling was when I tried to start it with no air filter fitted, it wouldn't even tick over. Glad you like it.

    • @mattblackk8597
      @mattblackk8597  Před 7 lety

      Espen Sandum I went 2 sizes up on width of the tyre, that's the biggest you can go on the standard rim, can't remember the exact size tho, rear mudguard off of eBay.

    • @mattblackk8597
      @mattblackk8597  Před 7 lety

      150/90 15. Is the tyre size, I used a whitewall maxxis, hope this helps.

    I know you said the bike is sold but what indicators are they?

    • @mattblackk8597
      @mattblackk8597  Před 7 lety

      Not Real just LED ones, rear ones from an American company called oznium.com front are just strip LED's off of eBay, both come with sticky pads on the back so they can be stuck pretty much any where.

  • @sarders7116

    What is that handlebar holders called? those where the handlebar is attached?

    • @mattblackk8597
      @mattblackk8597  Před 8 lety

      Handle bar risers are 4" high, from eBay, company called M and P in Wales. They take 7/8 handle bars. Drag bars are from the same company.

    • @mattblackk8597
      @mattblackk8597  Před 6 lety

      peter alafe all off of eBay,,, pretty sure you can use the original front one and just cut it down,, mine was snapped so bought a replacement plastic one and shortened the metal frame that’s in side it so it sits closer to the wheel.

    • @mattblackk8597
      @mattblackk8597  Před 8 lety

      Yes removed the original and welded two tags to the inside of the frame to take the springs, seat bracket then bolted on under the same bolt that holds the tank on.

      +Matt Blackk Wow thanks for quick reply! A real beauty you have made thats for sure! Something else I should know about the Shadow? I have a 125cc already, just want to build a bobber as a prosject

    • @Joran213
      @Joran213 Před 8 lety

      By the way. Could you make the exhaust split by taking of the end? If you get me

    • @mattblackk8597
      @mattblackk8597  Před 8 lety

      +xTrAx I used the shadow as it looks a lot bigger than a 125 and has a v twin engine so it fills up the engine bay nicely, you could cut the back box off and have 2 Seperate pipes but it would be very loud, up to you tho.

    • @mattblackk8597
      @mattblackk8597  Před 4 lety

    How u did your fenders? Did u gut originals?

    • @mattblackk8597
      @mattblackk8597  Před 7 lety

      Sarders front one is the original cut down, I cut the metal bracket down that goes inside to get it closer to the tyre, rear is a plastic one off of eBay, I welded a bracket to the swinging arm to mount it so it's all ways in the same position to the tyre.
