Hi everyone! Today I offer you 3 delicious recipes for a quick and light dinner without meat! The first recipe is pan-fried aubergines with peppers and tomatoes. Healthy and completely vegan recipe! In a short time and with a few simple ingredients you will prepare a light and very tasty meal! The second recipe is a spinach omelette in the oven. This is a great solution for lunch or dinner when you don't have much time to cook. Your family will love this delicious and healthy dish! crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, nobody will be indifferent! The last recipe is delicious cabbage and leek pancakes.
