Hi ,we have just booked to go next year for our anniversary, like you, we are from the uk so tipping is not the norm, how much did you tip on average ? and was it in us dollars ?

@@MaxthegermanSheperd Hey, so we tipped Everytime we went to the bar a $1. At the a la carte restaurants I would tip a little more $3-5. Even the lady that would come to clean our room I always left a $1 for her. But To be honest with you I never felt pressured to tip. I observed many people around me who didn’t tip. I had with me a $100 cash with a good amount of it in singles ($1) I could have easily returned with more than half of it but decided to give it to the guys that looked after us whilst we were there. I found the workers to be extremely hospitable but you can’t deny that the tipping encourages them to be even more so.
