I'd love an uber driver such as that. I quit using them after constant rides of men asking personal questions. The worst would be when I used to drink and be hungover and I'd let them know I'm ill but they'd want to discuss life and more. I'm too nice to say stfu sir. I just want to dwell on life quietly.

Heather being a boy mom brings such a valuable perspective to her audience. Throughout juicy scoop and her appearances on other platforms whenever something comes up where men / boys could be painted as villains she always speaks up and talks about how especially boys need to be taught how to behave and they're confused. There are great men out there!! Not every one of them would turn into a Jeffrey Epstein if they had the chance. I really appreciate how she brings up that men and women can do evil things evil and meanness is not confined to one gender.

My mom has tried to get me to watch Sideways for years. She got it on DVD when it first came out, and I never wanted to because it looked so dull. Now that you said you love it and recommended it, I'm going to watch it. LOL, she's going to be pissed.
Also, regarding the nurses doing TikTok, I'm not a nurse, but I worked with them during COVID. They would try to get us to do TikTok dances, and some of us were too busy for it, and we definitely judged them for taking the time to do dances when we were too busy to even eat.

I work in Tech, we work long hours, even from home trying to solve problems for users and launching new features to make their life’s easier. We have to remember that these apps are globally used. So we spend a lot of time doing Research, testing, designing, coding, launching and maintaining the app.
that’s what all that people at Twitter did. And they did a great job, it’s a tool that for better or for worse people still using it to this day. AND the reason Musk did such a massive investment.

Taylor swift issue… Ticketmaster has a contract with most big stadiums in the US so that’s why bigger artists can’t really start their own thing unless they don’t want to play at those big stadiums.
Fun fact! (From a veteran hotel employee) depending on the standards of the hotel - it is a requirement to be Forbes rated - to ask certain questions and make polite and pleasant small talk with guests.

You guys!! I love you all but your version is all wrong. :) The Ritz was right down the street, CHRIS, changed it to the Sofitel. That’s what threw me off, we were initially headed to the Ritz plus I was more into talking to my idol than paying attention to our location. Lol, I’ve been in hospitality ops for years. Yes- they are trained to make small talk (I wasn’t a fan either) and they have to check that your room is assigned, ready, card is on file and your ID matches the info. Best to pre check in if they allow, then you can sometimes pick up your card and quickly go. Interesting at Airbnb’s that most of the confirmation is done at booking and you can head right in. Because hotels allow you to charge to the room, there is more of a process as well. I use to immediately give anyone in a hurry a cocktail asap, let them sip while got them checked in and said toodles. I wanted them in their room as well. 😂

Thank you so much for not defending Elizabeth Holmes. Like you said, she had so many opportunities to say "Stop this isn't working." and that was not the path she chose. Not astonishing if you believe that the apple does not fall far from the tree. Her father was a VP at Enron. What I find astonishing is the fact that she choose to become pregnant with her second child during her trial. If I were ever facing time and in the midst of a trial, the last thing I would do is become pregnant again. I also have zero empathy with the rich investors, they should have done their due diligence before investing.
Also, you are so spot on with the "Sister Wives", I love hate watching the show. I have zero friends that watch it, so Heather, your comments on it are the only feedback I get to enjoy!

OMG I travel a lot for my job and I can totally relate to everything you guys said! Marriott has remote check-in you have to check in remotely at least 6 hour before check-in but you can literally bypass all reception desk stuff and just got right to your room and use your cell phone as the key. You also use your phone key to get on elevator so if your “phone room card” doesn’t work you don’t have to wait find out once you get all the way to your room. It’s amazing, it’s the best thing since discovering the Starbucks app😂

As a front desk agent I'm going to disclose something. Not trying to terrife anyone. In the hotel industry there is something called "pushers". People who walk up and down halls and push doors hoping to get lucky and get a free room for a few hours or a night until security finds them and kicks them out.

Look at how different EJ has been treated by Bravo versus how Jen Shah has been treated.
They both behave horribly on the shows, yet EJ is getting flack for something her husband did through his business that she had nothing to do with. She has been torn about by Bravo and her cast mates.
Meanwhile Shah did things herself through her business, has pled guilty in federal court and is about to be sentenced and… crickets!
