Got to admit they are getting better! As a scale modeler I see a lot of stuff I would improve upon with some better detailed aftermarket parts from scale models in 1/16, but the difference in quality now versus before just a couple of years is most impressive! I hope they continue with these improvements!
+Sgt Bones absolutely, they have definitely came along way. Also, considering the price that you cab pick them up for as well.
This is a good review but I wish someone would do a comparison betweenHeng-long, Torro, Taligent, Tamiy and Mato so we could see what you’re getting for your money in a side-by-side comparison.

Torro and Taigen sell the same tanks. I think Torro might be the European name while Taigen is the USA one
Black Sheep taigen sell a tiger 2 p. torro dont, so they cant be the same

These are excellent RC versions of the Panther. With a little detailing work, it can be made indistinguishable from the real thing. I have the BB version from Taigen here in the States. Amazing paint jobs across the board!

I like the torro stuf, love the revieuw thumbs up mate.
It wasn´t perhaps the best but definitively the best looking tank of WWII, perhaps until today. By design it was the Porsche among the WWII-Tanks.

It was to heavy and to ungainly for my liking. The Panther was more outbalanced.

@@dankwartdenkhardt5714 While Panther had some early design issues, some of them never fixed due to Germany losing its industrial power after losing the skies to the allied bombers, Panther did have the best gun and optics in the whole WW2, even better than the Tiger, and was in fact more feared that the Tiger.
The commander figurine looks like Marty Feldman...
The RC Panther looks cool but there are some issues I don't go crazy:
You need to tension the track like on the original one or in this case with a small screwdriver not by adding a track!
I do not like at all the gap between turret on the deck
Finally the Panther shakes far too much when it shoots. If you look at period footage you will see what I mean!

確かTORROパンターにはBB球発射タイプとリコイルタイプがありまして
興味がありましたが、初見で見た限りは
なるほど〜と言う感じですね👀
リコイルの後に発泡なので
モーターで砲身を後退させてから
＋と＋の接点が接触してCPUに
射撃の信号を送るシステムですね👀
これは、ヘンロン純正のリコイルシステムと全く同じ感じです👀
また、ギアBOXなどもスチール製では無くノーマルの亜鉛？製で
モーターもノーマルの380系？と言う感じですね。
TORRO製なのでCPUにはマイクロファンこそ装着されておりますが
ぱっと見はヘンロンパンターと
あまり変わらないのかな....と言う印象です👀
値段の方も日本で買う場合は
だいたい35000円程ですので
やはり他のTORRO製品で木製ケース入りの8万〜10万程の豪華戦車とは
同じTORROでも違う物なのでしょうかね👀
TORROパンターで3万円台で買えるのならば狙い所かとも思いましたが
少し考えさせられました。
せっかく綺麗な迷彩処理をされているので
せめてスチールギアBOXで動きの
ギクシャク感を軽減させ
リコイルシステムをタミヤさんのようなシステムにしてもらえればな〜と
感じました。

確かにメタルverのヘンロンパンターはTORROパンターと値段的には
あまり変わりはありませんね👀
ギアユニットを見る限りでも同じ物が双方に付いている感じですので
違いと言えば外見と補記類が多少違うくらいでしょうか👀
それならばTORROパンターを買った方が無難にも思えますが
ギアBOXを変更してスピーカーを変更してリコイルユニットなども交換する事を考えますと
おっしゃる通りにタミヤさんのpantherを買える程の投資になりますね😓
私個人の考えとしましては
初期投資をなるべく控えて改造をする事を検討していますので
ベースとするのならば
スタンダードのヘンロンパンターの方が良い気もしますね👀
ちなみにTAIGENのタイガー1ですと
何も迷彩を施していない標準モデルでもヘンロンと同じような価格帯で
スチールギアBOX仕様だったりします。
低価格で内部メカも充実しておりますので中々人気があるようですね👀
TORRO製品の魅力と言えば
他では買えない種類の戦車がラインナップされていると言う感じですかね？
ヤークトティーガーなどはヘンロンのラインナップにはありませんし
MATORRO？でしたか？
が、昔販売していたようですが
現在では生産終了？したのか
全く見かけません。
なので実質的にヤークトティーガーを
買えるメーカーはタミヤと TORROの
2社くらいじゃないでしょうかね？
ただ、双方に言える事は
パンターのように手軽に買える価格では無いと言う事ですかね😓
TORROでも車体だけ、シャーシだけ、の分割販売もしていますので
ヘンロンティーガーⅱ をヤークトティーガーに改造する事も可能ではありますが、完璧を求めた場合は
結局はヤークトティーガーを丸ごと買った方が早いです😓
ただ、パンターなどにはF型に出来るキットも販売していますので
ヘンロンパンターを買って
TORROのF型改造キットを入れるのならば
塗装する事になりますのでヘンロンパンターに分がありますね👀
なので、ベースにするのならば
ヘンロンパンター
そのまま遊んで楽しみのならば
TORROパンターと言う感じでしょうかね。

I love your reviews and the fact that you open them up and show the inside. NEWB questions: 1. Is this the same as Taigen? When I search for Torro, I only see Taigen tanks. 2. Is the sound level adjustable, similar to the Heng Long tanks you reviewed? 3. Does the engine sound rev-up when the tank starts moving? Thanks again for the Tank reviews!
+Jerry Jackson yes it is similar. They all share the same heng long base. The sound level is adjustable. No, the engine doesn't rev up. You need the Clark boards for that.
RC Tanks & Trucks 24/7 i have both, a Soviet Taigen T34/85 and Torro Tiger I, i can say both are nice and very realistic Rc Tanks Heng Long based but maybe Taigen is little bit better made.
I'm not that interessted in tanks, but for these german tanks i would change it! nice description of this tank! thanks Steve keep it up! maybe a new drone video???? please???

Yes, from memory it does.
Track is so ridiculously tight the last road wheel doesn't even touch the ground.Saves a few track links I suppose.Not because idler wheel is too far back,just that Torro are a mean bunch of F'ers that don't want to supply a few more links.

The chains seem to be a bit too taut. It also lifts the rear runnung wheel. Only one part more would make all the difference.

but you did say something wrong - you said ‘160 for the turning the turret’ .

Nice review, for some odd reason I also now want an RC tank... Only thing bothering me is the power switch. Why did they connect battery negative there?? There is no insulation between the wires. If it were my tank I would remove negative wires from there, they have no purpose being there.

My guest this is play edition, this just Henglong with better paint. Even the recoil are heng long recoil.
Is there any issue with the tracks on the Panther G?
They look like they have a lot of tension on them. Hoping that isn’t pre-loading the drive sprockets!

Yeah
it looks "great"from 3 meters away. The road wheels are incorrect, there are holes in the centre of the idler and drive wheel, the track is too short, which causes the rear roadwheel to lift, the headlight looks wrong. I would save a little longer and go for the taigen metal version.
It's literally the exact same as this one, even the same paint job.
Are Taigen and Torro the same?

Not if you know where to look, just been on Amazon torro Panther type G £462.26 and I just got Tamiya Tiger I full option kit item number 56010 including next day delivery for £529 so nowhere near 4 time's the price.
