- Kannada actor Rachita Ram opened up about the ongoing Darshan case. She shared a post on X in which she expressed her shock at seeing her mentor's alleged involvement in the murder of Renukaswamy. She explained that it was Darshan who introduced her to cinema. This case is similar to Sheena bora murder. All he could get is 5-7 years in jail. Be a model prisoner, cuz he is a big star, will stay in jail at best 3-5 years. He has mitigating factors for good defence: diminished capacity(he was drunk beyond measure), illegal drugs made him do it, not criminally responsible due to mental defect, old movie stunt injury to head or body that lead to diminished brain functionality to understand right/wrong…heat of the moment, gf honor maligned, victim blaming. Best is dump this on gf, he didn’t know what’s happening whilst just sitting in the jeep…lol! He and Indrani are same: 3-5 years in jail only as they both only orchestrated murder not doing it.
