It's just the fear of the unknown and your own expectations that get in your head..Most of my wrestling teammates in college including myself were a little uneasy before matches but once you get in there all of that stuff just goes away

@@thegronk4598 what do you mean back then. For 1 he only retreated against Romero in the last round. And if your talking about kickboxing, these are two different sports. He has always been a counter striker.
If Izzy wins in September it'll be his 100th pro combat sports win(in just 107 fights) with 45 knockouts. 75 pro Kickboxing wins, 5 pro Boxing wins and 20 pro MMA wins.

true. you dont feel pain when youre fighting/sparring. the best way I can describe it to someone who hasnt felt it is just imagine someone pushing you very hard in a concentrated area of your body. more uncomfortable than painful. if someone pushes you, it doesnt really hurt. its just annoying lol. adrenaline is one helluva drug
