I saw him as Nick Blane and literally had instant butterflies in my stomach. This freaks me out. I am in my late 30s and am no teenager anymore. This is insane.

I'm 49 and when I saw him pull that wedding band out of his pocket, my heart dropped in the pit of my stomach and my eyes teared up and I was like WTF! I had fallen in love with a character---Nick. And in later episodes when he told June Rose was pregnant, I died again.
I don't know if I was that connected to June as a woman, or attracted to Nick. He has this strong yet quite masculine presence that draws me in to him. OMG his lips, his eyes, his voice, how he stands, how he walks, when he's pennsive (rolling my eyes in the back of my head lol)
I love the scene when he went upstairs to summon June for the Commander and they stood in the hallway. I loved the tension how he didn't want to let her go because he knew what was going to happen.

Shadowhunters was canceled so they stoped filming there a while ago. And yes, he looks like a cross between Alec (Matthew Daddario) and Simon (Alberto Rosende).

Spiral is not the gore torture porn Saw 2-7 were. It’s a fresh take on the series, his character rocks, and it’s the first Saw movie to go back to more philosophical themes like the first. Hope this helps you make up your mind on it!
