Yes, but it depends on you. In my view, take decision based on ranking as well as the course curriculum that you want to pursue. For example, in high ranked university, sometimes you don't get a concentrated program, but a medium ranked university can give you a concentrated program.

If it's a complete MBA course.. I heard it's good.. but if you're talking about MBA foundation.. reasearch properly.. coz if yu opt for foundation.. you'll only be taught for 6 months.. yu need to score 72% in the sem which is ideally tough.. if yu miss out.. you'll no longer proceed... You need to switch to another college/university and continue.. that's the main drawback... Rest if yua confident n if you're eligible for a full time MBA and not a foundation course.. go for it...
