his personality is a lot like mine. i noticed when the interview first started he was stiff , “awkward”, & his energy was kinda off . but once he started talking & opening up & getting to know the interviewer, he perked right up & started talking less low & didn’t stutter as much & he wasn’t looking down when he talked he was using eye contact. i swear this is exactly how i am & i feel so much better knowing that i’m not the only one !
