One of the benefit of building drawings, it helps the structure engineer to determine the size of the windows.
Another benefit of the permit is, if incase government decides to construct a road or any projects where your building is, he first request for your building permit before compensate you. Etc.....

Hi Ishmael. Thank you so much for sharing this video. I love all your videos. My question for you is this. For the one bedroom you built on your property. Can 4 of those( 2 facing each other and leaving the middle. I mean 2 on the left and 2 on the opposite side right ) fit on a 1 plot of land 100 by 70 land? After looking at your project it has got me thinking.
Yes, they can. You can even have 5 of those on one plot if you're not creating space for car park

The duration usually will depend on the architect working on it as well as the type and size of building. So there isn't a fixed period.

Glad you found my channel. Our land is a single plot with 70x100 being the dimensions
What is the average cost of working with an architect for a 3 bedroom house in current market conditions please
