സർ , ഡിസ്ക്ക് പ്രശ്നത്തിന് വളരെ വ്യക്തമായ ധാരണ തന്നതിന് ഒരു പാട് നന്ദിയുണ്ട് സാർ
15 വർഷത്തോളമായി back pain ഉണ്ട്. ഞാൻ ortho സർജനെ കാണിക്കാറുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. 20 ദിവസം മുമ്പാണ് ഞാൻ neuro സർജനെ കാണിച്ചത്. MRI ചെയ്യാൻ പറഞ്ഞത് അദ്ദേഹമാണ്. L4,L5 ഡിസ്ക് തള്ളി നിൽക്കുന്നു. 3 ഡോക്ടേർസിനെ കാണിച്ചു എല്ലാവരും സർജറിയാണ് പറഞ്ഞത്. ഞാനിപ്പോൾ രണ്ടാഴ്ചയായി ആയുർവേദ ചികിത്സയിലാണ്. ഫിസിയോ തെറാപ്പിയും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.വേദന കുറഞ്ഞു. ഇടതുകാലിന് മരവിപ്പ് തോന്നുന്നുണ്ട്.
കാലിലേക്ക് ഇറങ്ങിയ വേദന ,തരിപ്പ് ഇടതുകാലിന് വേദന തരിപ്പ് കൂടുതൽ ആയിരുന്നു. മൂത്ര , മല തടസ്സം തോന്നിയിട്ടില്ല. ഞാൻ എന്താണ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടത്. ഞാനൊരു ടീച്ചറാണ്.
രണ്ടാഴ്ച വിശ്രമം കഴിഞ്ഞ് exercise പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ട്.

It's really a good session ... will the sit up exercise harm the spine ...? I am 48 years, I did sit up exercise, a little bit aggressively lying on a sloppy surface at my gym for a month continuously and now i am suffering from back pain. Sir, എന്റെ പേര് ബിന്ദു.എനിക്ക് ഇപ്പോൾ 41 വയസുണ്ട്. കൊല്ലം ആണ് താമസിക്കുന്നത്. എനിക്ക് ഏകദേശം 2008 മുതൽ നടുവേദന ഉണ്ട്. അന്നുമുതൽ ഇപ്പോൾ വരെ പല പല ഹോസ്പിറ്റലുകൾ മാറി മാറി കാണിച്ചു. കുറച്ചു ദിവസം കുറയും വീണ്ടും വരും. ഓരോ ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ ചെല്ലുമ്പോഴും MRI Scan ചെയ്യിപ്പിക്കും. അതിൽ പറയുന്നത് Early lumbar spondylosis, L4-L5, L5-S1 ഡിസ്ക്ക് ബൾജ് അങ്ങനെയൊക്കെ ഉണ്ടെന്നാണ്. പിന്നെ എനിക്ക് 2007 മുതൽ Ulceritive Collitis, 2014 മുതൽ Epilepsy എന്നിവയും ഉണ്ട്. 2013 ൽ Nucleoplaty മുകളിൽ പറഞ്ഞ ഡിസ്ക്കിന് ചെയ്തു. കുറച്ചു നാൾ വേദന കുറഞ്ഞു. വീണ്ടും പഴയ അവസ്ഥയായി. ഇപ്പോൾ അതായത് 20/11/2022 മുതൽ സഹിക്കാൻ വയ്യാത്ത നടുവേദനയും കാലുവേദനയുമായിട്ട് bed rest എടുക്കുകയാണ്. അടുത്തുള്ള ഒരു ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ പോയി ഓർത്തോ യെ കണ്ടു. ഇൻജക്ഷൻ എടുത്തു ഗുളികയും തന്നു.എന്നിട്ടും വേദനയ്ക്ക് ഒരു കുറവുമില്ല.ജോലിക്ക് പോകാൻ സാധിക്കുന്നില്ല. ഞാൻ 2014 മുതൽ ഗവൺമെന്റ് വൊക്കേഷണൽ ഹയർ സെക്കണ്ടറി സ്കൂളിൽ ക്ലാർക്ക് ആയി ജോലി ചെയ്തുവരികയാണ്. ഈ നടുവേദന കാരണം വീട്ടിലെ ജോലികളും ഒന്നും ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല. എന്തിനേറെ പറയുന്നു. കുറച്ചു നേരം ഇരിക്കാനോ നിൽക്കാ പോലും സാധിക്കാത്തതു പോലെയുള്ള വേദന . ഞാൻ എന്തു ചെയ്യും എന്നറിയില്ല. എനിക്കൊരു പരിഹാരം പറഞ്ഞു തരാമോ ?
